Ms. Cullen entered the health care sector in 1980. She is a graduate nurse as well as a graduate of the Canadian Hospital Association certificate programs in Long Term Care Management and Health Services Management. Ms. Cullen holds extensive senior management and leadership experience in Canada, the U.S., and UK healthcare sectors. Her recent experience includes Director, Patient Care Services with the Hay River Health & Social Services Authority, Vice President Eastern Operations, Extendicare (Canada) Inc. based in Markham, Ontario, Regional Director of Operations, Extendicare Health Services Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Vice President, Chief Operating Officer Bethany Care Society in Calgary, Alberta. Her success has been built on strategy development, creating strong organizational relationships, leadership versatility and financial acumen.
